Our offerings—including Ignite Step League, Vitality Pulse Analytics, Summit Resilience Intensive, and custom enterprise builds—are primarily digital services combining software access, content, and professional support. Because delivery begins upon account provisioning and scheduling, traditional return of physical goods rarely applies. This policy clarifies how clients may cancel or seek adjustments instead.
2. Cooling-Off for New Contracts
Business clients who execute a first-time annual agreement for Vitality Pulse Analytics may request cancellation within fourteen calendar days of the contract start date if no participant accounts have been activated and no live coaching sessions have occurred. Approved cancellations receive a full refund of prepaid fees minus any non-recoverable third-party costs disclosed in writing.
Fixed-term challenge packages such as Ignite Step League may be cancelled within seven calendar days of purchase if the scheduled kickoff date is at least twenty-one days away and no custom branding production has begun.
3. Cancellations After Service Begins
Once onboarding assets are delivered, administrator training is completed, or participant invitations are sent, cancellations are handled as follows:
- Ignite Step League: Fees for completed onboarding and elapsed program weeks are non-refundable. Remaining unused weeks may be credited toward a future season within twelve months if cancellation results from documented organizational restructuring rather than dissatisfaction with core features.
- Vitality Pulse Analytics: Annual subscriptions canceled mid-term convert to access through the end of the paid quarter. No cash refund is issued for partial quarters unless required by law or expressly stated in an enterprise agreement.
- Summit Resilience Intensive: Cancellations after the first workshop incur a fee equal to delivered sessions plus twenty percent of the remaining balance to cover reserved coaching capacity.
4. Service Issues and Remedies
If a platform outage materially prevents participation for more than twenty-four consecutive business hours during an active challenge week, clients may request a service credit proportional to affected days. Credits are applied to renewals or future purchases rather than cash refunds unless we determine a refund is the only practical remedy.

5. Bundle and Promotional Purchases

7. Transfers
